Bratislava was the venue of the 44th edition of the CONECO International Construction Fair and the 33rd edition of the RACIOENERGIA fair focused on energy efficiency and the rationalisation of energy consumption.
The 11th edition of the DREVODOMY and PASSIVE HOUSES trade fair, which reflects the growing demand for ecological and healthy living, has been an integral part of both events.
More than 100 domestic and foreign exhibitors presented themselves to visitors over four days.
CONECO - modern living, technology and sustainability in one place
For decades, the CONECO fair has been the mostimportant event in the construction industry in Slovakia. This year was no exception, bringing a comprehensive overview of the latest trends, technologies and materials shaping the future of construction and renovation and presenting the latest developments in building materials, architecture and design.
Visitors were able to enjoy a diverse range of solutions for interior and exterior design, as well as innovative technologies for smart and eco-friendly modern living.
The exhibition also focused on timber buildings, ceramic prefabricated houses and passive houses, which represent the future of sustainable housing.
Among the presented solutions were:
- advanced construction, insulation and cladding materials,
- high-quality windows and doors with excellent thermal properties,
- technologies for dehumidifying masonry and protecting buildings from water,
- waterproofing systems for roofs and modern flat roofs,
- designer fireplaces, stoves and heaters,
- intelligent electric radiators and underfloor heating,
- new-generation heat pumps,
- solar systems, shading technology and passive cooling solutions.
Bespoke joinery and interior design elements reflecting the latest trends in housing and architecture were also a key feature of the trade fairs.
RACIOENERGIA - Energy efficiency and sustainability, lower costs and higher comfort
With rising energy prices and increasing emphasis on energy sustainability, RACIOENERGIA is becoming ever more relevant.
Exhibitors and experts presented solutions that help reduce the energy consumption of buildings, minimise heat loss and optimise heating and cooling in homes and commercial buildings.
Topics such as green technologies, renewable energy sources, intelligent consumption management and environmentally friendly solutions resonated throughout the fair.
The RACIOENERGIA fair offered concrete answers to questions that almost everyone building, renovating or planning to invest in housing is asking today.
Expertise, vision and future technologies
The events also included a rich accompanying programme full of expertise and innovation, enhancing the trade fair offer with expert lectures, discussions, workshops and live demonstrations.
The programme appealed to professionals from the construction, architecture, energy and municipal sectors, as well as the general public.
